What are the payment terms? Is installment supported?
We support installment payments: 30% on contract signing, 30% after UI design approval, 30% on development acceptance, 10% after deployment. Custom milestone-based payment also available. Corporate clients can apply for monthly/quarterly billing. Official invoices provided.

What tech stack do you use? Is it easy to maintain?
Our main stack: Laravel 12 + Vue3 + MySQL 8 + Redis. This is a mainstream web development combination with active community, comprehensive documentation, and abundant talent pool, ensuring easy maintenance and secondary development. Mobile uses WeChat native or Uni-app. Code follows PSR-12 standards.
Will we get the source code? Can we deploy on our own servers?
Yes, we commit to source code delivery. After acceptance, you receive complete front-end and back-end source code, database design docs, API docs, and deployment guides. Deploy on your own servers or our recommended cloud. No encryption or lock-in. Code ownership is entirely yours.
Can you integrate with our existing systems like ERP, DingTalk, WeCom?
Yes. We have rich integration experience. We can connect with your existing ERP, OA, DingTalk, WeCom, WeChat via API, Webhook, or direct DB connection. Common integrations: org data sync, SSO, message push, approval workflow linkage, report sharing. Feasibility depends on your system's API capabilities.
Support & Maintenance
What if issues arise after launch? Is there a warranty period?
All projects include a 1-year free warranty from launch: bug fixes, server issues, database maintenance guidance. Response time: 2 hours on business days, 1 hour for emergencies. Renewable maintenance plans available at 10-15% of project cost per year, including minor adjustments, upgrades, and security hardening.
How do you charge for new features or requirement changes?
Bug fixes during warranty are free. New features/changes: small adjustments (within 1 day) free; medium features charged per person-day (800-1,500 RMB/day); large modules quoted as projects. We assess and quote before development — no hidden fees.

Does it include UI design? Can we use our own designs?
Standard quotes include UI design. Our designers create visuals based on your brand. If you have existing designs (Figma/Sketch/PSD), we use them and deduct design costs. Design-only engagements are also available.
Do we need to buy domain and servers ourselves?
You can purchase them yourself — we provide recommendations and assist with ICP filing. Or we can purchase and configure on your behalf at cost (no markup). Typical costs: domain 60-80 RMB/year, cloud server (2-core 4GB) 600-1,200 RMB/year. ICP filing takes 7-20 business days.
